Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a heavy-equipment pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
